Renovation Specialist
Hours per Week: 40 hrs (Monday – Friday)
Wages: Send hourly expectation
Start Date: ASAP
Area of Work: Durham Region and surrounding areas (Own vehicle and G license required, NOT OPTIONAL)

Abilities and Qualifications
- High level of skill for framing, drywall and trim work
- Ability to tile, complete full kitchens and bathrooms
- Install windows, doors, kitchen cabinetry, etc.
- Completing basements, lay laminate flooring, installing insulation
- General knowledge of construction practices such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC and how they function in a home
- Basic exterior landscaping and gardening capabilities
- Positive attitude and a smile a MUST
- Possess own basic hand tools
- Load, unload and move construction materials to work areas
- Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
- Operate pneumatic hammers, vibrators and tampers as directed
- Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction such as mixers, compressors and pumps
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps and barricades required at construction sites
- Position will evolve as the company does and may include other duties as a result. Must be adaptable to constant change!

Commissioned Acquisitions Specialist - Real Estate
Performance based commissions only. Work-from-home setting

Abilities and Qualifications
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Understanding of the real estate market, understanding of the purchase and sale process
- Establish rapport, trust and strong relationships with clientele in all areas of communication (phone, email, face to face meetings)
- Represent the company in a positive manner, feeling pride and ownership
- Understand clientele’s needs and how our company can help meet those needs
- Greet all clients in a friendly and professional manner

- Own vehicle for travel on consistent basis
- Perform other office duties as required
Responsibilities
- Off market property acquisitions, private sellers, bank foreclosures, etc.
- Coordinating marketing material distribution
- Contribute to monthly marketing meeting with ideas, suggestions
- Lead generation, cold calling
- Leads filtered back to investor in the form of a call, text, email.
- Meet with private sellers
- Update the CRM with income leads and setting reminders to follow up with them
- Creating new lead gen strategies from master list
- Collaborate with rest of team to assist each other in the growth of business, currently
in Durham Region, Quinte West (eventually branching out all over Ontario)

- Minimum 5 years of proven success in business development, relationship management
- Able to work in fast paced environment
