Check out a new podcast that I’m doing with Gary Hibbert of http://garyhibbert.ca/ . This podcast is with myself, Dan Caird of Northwood Mortgage and Gary, talking about the benefits of mortgage lending with a Purchase Plus Improvement product. Really slick, I use the PPI system on my deals, and it still leaves wiggle room for a refinance after you’re all done the reno. Definitely worth checking out.
